Yeah, like the moment with the little boy with the broom was one of the things in the new trilogy that had the 'magic of Star Wars' feeling and 'you need a super special bloodline' just felt... like, beyond anything problematic about it, MEAN. It was mean! It was 'no fun allowed'!

Yes! That little moment meant so much to me!

And then ROS came along and slammed the story back into You're Only Special If You Have The Right Bloodline which is such an overdone and frankly skeevy trope.

The Force belongs to everyone, not just the Chosen Few.
