Have you ever watched a Muh Night Shyamalan movie, or a Chris Nolan movie, or a Gareth Edwards movie, or a Zack Snyder movie, or a Rian Johnson movie, basically any writer/director who prioritizes the "twist" over characterization or coherent plot.

Unpopular opinion: I actually appreciate the effort in Interstellar to make the plot at least hew close to documented physics principles. That to me is more than enough to cancel out any twist-related idiocy.

Among many issues with this comment…Zach Snyder isn’t about twists. He just sucks.
