It drives me mad how much people downplay how important Azem was to both Emet-Selch and Hythlodaeus. It doesn't matter how much the canon goes out of its way to contradict the HythEmet fanon narrative, people simply don't seem to hear it, and I hate it.

Secret because... it's shipping! Who the hell cares this much?!

B!S: Azem/Hyth/Emet-Selch is the true ot3 because Azem is a top, Hyth is a 50/50 switch, and Emet-Selch is a consummate bottom. It's a perfect set-up!
