(Anonymous) 2024-01-14 03:29 pm (UTC)(link)Dunno. When I was in grief support group and gratitude journaling came up, I pushed back on that. To my surprise, this actually was taken very well. That mature handling of disagreement helped me feel more welcome in the group (which by its nature was something I might disagree with, as the group was held a various churches, something that would be at odds with my being an atheist).
