His chin was always like that, look him up in Boy Meets World if you want to see it

Seems like just regular old aging hollowing out his cheeks to me

The cheeks yes, you can see the underlying structure in his face when he's younger, but aging doesn't usually shrink your nose upwards and make it lopsided. That kind of thing is usually having "temporary" fillers then realising that fillers have to be constantly re-done or your face just ages weirdly around them anyway. And if you do get the re-done often enough, then your face is weirdly tight and not always even. I can't really blame celebs for doing them, though, the focus on their appearance is so constant and intense. More so for women, but not only for women.
