Yeah, I'm mainly mad at how she seems to have zero awareness of how her flakiness affects other people. My friend who was organizing the rooms for the trip asked multiple times who was going to be coming so she knew how many rooms to book and said friend responded every time. We probably could have cut down one whole room and just squeezed another person into each room if we'd known she wasn't going to be coming, but it's too late to cancel it without a penalty now so we might as well just keep it and let everyone have more space.

Meanwhile, I didn't say for sure that I was coming until just a few weeks ago because I didn't want to be that person who promised they were going to be there and then flaked out!

I mean... does she truly not know, or does she just not care? Don't underestimate how many people are cool with screwing over their friends and family so long as they convince themselves it's no big deal, they didn't mean it, blah blah blah.
