Re: Food allergies?

I didn't know I was allergic to avocados until I was like 17. I never had guacamole until I got a job and was able to afford guac at Chipotle, because so many people were like, "Chipotle guac is so good, it elevates the burritos," whenever we'd eat at Chipotle.

I had my first guac loaded Chipotle and got really sick. Stomachache, headache and dizziness. Didn't think I was allergic, thought I got some bad guac so I stayed away from Chipotle guacamole.

And then I realized that I would get massive headaches whenever I ate sushi that had avocado in it a few months later when my friends and I were really into sushi.

In more recent years, there were a few times where I was like, "IDK maybe I'm wrong about this allergy," and ate guacamole with queso fries or with my sushi and yeah, my throat tightens when I eat avocados.

I've always wanted to like avocados but my body doesn't react well to it.
