Hey, I believe in self determination and they should get to be a country if they want, but right now? Not. A. Country.

For the purposes of this game. If it won't recognise Wales and Scotland as countries, why should it recognise HK? Because their claim to be countries is stronger than HK's right now. It doesn't recognise Transnistria either, and it has declared independence.

I think no game can be ideal because geopolitics aren't easy. You really can't win with this one because disputes are still going.
But for the purpose of the game I would really have fun with getting Scotland or Sakha or Catalonia or whatever
