My point of view is that there are basically 3 things that differentiates me from teens I see around the Internet. And none of them have to do with my interests, or "not liking childish things".

The things that actually seem different to me:

1) There are generally different cultural assumptions bc of different cultural experiences and going through different historical events and cultural ambiences.
2) I am aware of the irrevocability of the passage of time and the painful nature of temporal, mortal human existence in a way that I was not as a teenager and that I think most teenagers aren't aware.
3) My back hurts.
