Normally I'd say no, but she is one of the few incredibly wealthy people who could immediately and personally make a difference.

Individuals never make a difference. That's the thing the big industries want you to believe so they can shift the blame away from themselves.

Also, if we're talking about emissions, all of the people who live in rural/suburban sprawl areas where you have to drive all over creation just to get anywhere are way worse offenders. Emissions from planes are small fry compared to car emissions, but everyone wants to point fingers at airplanes and not cars because Americans are married to the idea of owning cars (usually much bigger and less environmentally-friendly than they really need).
