What's for dinner?

or most recent meal of choice.

Mine was nothing because I am sick, just sipping on warm water with some ginger in it, so I am going to live vicariously through your answers. ;)

I want to make burritos but I might just heat up soup or something, I haven't decided yet how lazy I'm going to be. :P

You've reminded me I have soup in the freezer. I am too sick/lazy to thaw/heat it now but I'm going to take it out and put it in the fridge for future me to enjoy!

TBH, McDonalds. I have a migraine, don't feel like cooking. And mom doesn't feel like cooking either. So we just ordered McDonalds. I got fries and nuggets.

I haven't had McDonalds in about 20 years. Sometimes I think about their fries and drool.

I'm trying to be healthy right now. But today I cheated. I just didn't have the energy for anything else.

I’m also sick so I had a couple saltines between tiny sips of water :(

Once I can eat again, I’m making aloha chicken with green beans and my own weird little spinach-cashew-pineapple salad.

I don't eat meat but that still sounds delicious. Hopefully you can make it soon!

I’m pollo pescatarian but I’ve also made it with chickpea tofu and it’s delicious! Instead of having the protein as an entree, I dice it before cooking in pineapple juice (and a smidge of avocado oil), then I top the salad with it and drizzle with pineapple glaze. It’s so good!

Rotisserie chicken from the store, fresh salad, pita and spaghetti sauce and powdered peccorino, steamed broccoli. (I was piecing together leftovers with the protein that was badly missing.) And some red wine.

I cooked up some ground beef, added onions and red bell peppers (would have added broccoli but I'm out), covered that in mole. Also made rice. Am currently eating and it's very tasty!
