(Anonymous) 2024-02-13 01:17 am (UTC)(link)Exactly the opposite! I can't remember what happened from episode to episode unless I get some time in-between to digest it. Binging makes the whole tv show one big blur and I can't keep track of plot or characterization. Also, when they make tv shows to be binged, they tend to skimp on the characterization in the first place and get rid of the slower character episodes. I love those episodes 'cause they give me some breathing room and give me all sorts of stuff to chew over.

(Anonymous) 2024-02-13 03:46 am (UTC)(link)This is how I feel. I miss getting a week between episodes to frantically pound out a fic that's going to be jossed the next episode and to natter with friends about what could be coming next, how will the plot develop????
Binging is just no fun for me. I get bored. As an end result, I basically don't watch any shows at all these days.
