Yes. It's for NPCs who you're able to romance no matter what gender, species, etc, you make your player character. As opposed to ones you can only romance if your character meets certain conditions.

Oh thanks for confirming. I guess I was just confused because I never thought that that type of thing needed a name. I am but a simple gamer.
