Ghosting you seems like a big overreaction, especially since you apologized when she told you it upset her.

Ironically, it makes me think of a 'Friends' episode: that moment when Chandler and Monica simultaneously have the epiphany that it's actually possible for two people to work through disagreements and arguments, and maintain their relationship.
