An anti is someone who isn't just against certain ships, but they think everyone else should be against them as well. They bully others for shipping these ships, even to the point of doxxing.

Anti rhetoric isn't about hating on (or showing disinterest to) the ships themselves, it's about hating on the people who enjoy them. Basically: "I have decided that this ship is Morally Wrong. Therefore, anyone who ships it is also Morally Wrong, both in fandom and IRL, and need to be dealt with as the perverted criminal they clearly are".
