Yes. Speaking as someone whose favorite character in the MCU movies is Tony Stark (and who thinks he still would have accomplished great things even if he hadn't been a nepo baby): this secret is reaching a lot. At first, I thought I missed something because I had only seen her in the first Marvel and Wandavision, but no. As a previous poster wrote, she only wanted the post she had before back, and it was because she'd already shown she deserved it and lost it from no fault of her own. So yes, saying the middle-class black woman is a bigger nepo baby than two very rich white guys and than two royalties, to me, is a Reed Richards-level type of stretch.

She does say in WandaVision that she thought the notSHIELD leader's job should be her's, because her mum had it. That is canon, she does say that.
