That came from the drag community, specifically the black drag community. The internet just thought it was cool and started using it.

(I also love it and it's what I tell myself whenever I need to get dressed up and am feeling a little anxious about it, lololol)

Oh, that explains a lot. I was confused about what it meant because I've seen it so often used for men/male characters, and not usually with gendered pronoun, just like "Wow, serving cunt *thirst emoji*" so I was like, I don't get it, does "serving cunt" mean "serving one's own cunt to others" or "providing a service to other people's cunts"? lol
