Oh yes.

More than once, I've stared at my phone/computer screen and responded with, "not today," and tap out of internet for the day.

One time, I visited Twitter and I read a couple tweets/tweet threads and realized, "there's no reason for me to see this shit and get upset" and deleted my Twitter account.

Well I just listened to a video on 8 passengers and try tired of humanity.

At least the abuser and that cult leader shrink bitch are in prison. I hate toxic shrinks. So much.

I had one when I was a teen and she was trying to manipulate me into lies and stuff by asking me if I was "trying hard enough" (tf?) so she could convince my mom I was this eeeeevil manipulative liar and not a depressed autistic teenager with a mental/emotional maturity of maybe 13 who needed HELP.

Internet people are mostly awful. Then I take a break and interact in the real world and realize real people are mostly good people.
