Not sure which video you mean but from what I understand, most of these are based on games/softwares where you can make characters do choreographies and can load/mod in character models from various games etc. and a lot of the choreographies in those programs are based on K-Pop dances.

I have no idea where those videos come from, but they've been around since the late 2000s AT LEAST. I was into a fandom that was filled with that creepy stuff lol
