Honestly, I get it. I'm sad because I feel like all the magic (for lack of a better word) is gone. I didn't mind keeping up with the different parts before but now it just feels like everything's a cash grab and nobody cares about quality or if any additions make sense.

I was perfectly happy skipping Spiderman movies! I don't like Spiderman!

But then Black Widow was mediocre, and then Falcon and the Winter Soldier was mediocre (although I still love it), and then Eternals sucked, and on and on and on.

Something that was a source of joy is now an endless font of disappointment. And yeah, I'm closing that tap off in my own life by getting invested in other things but it's still a net loss for my media enjoyment.
