There are a lot of adults who perceive animated content as being "for kids," though, sorry.

I get your POV, but I just can't maintain interest in animated TV/movies.

I don't mind CGI for special effects. But I don't enjoy CGI or animation for characters. They don't sustain my interest. I just can't take their drama seriously.
