I enjoyed The Untamed and am fond of Wangxian, but not really active in fandom re: reading/writing fic, etc. But dang, it must be hard to be into The Untamed/MDZS when you hate the two main characters and their juggernaut ship!

Can't help you with Xue Yang and Xiao Xingchen. I can see why people might be into it, especially if they're into messed up relationship dynamics, though.

I'm nowhere near this fandom BUT am currently in don't-really-care-about-the-two-most-important-characters-who-compose-the-juggernaut-ship-that-dominates-the-entire-fandom hell so yeah. It applies elsewhere and it's a pain in the ass, lmao, but we make it work, I guess... With a good dose of internal screaming sprinkled here and there!
