This is just a fun discussion that doesn't really have a right or wrong answer, just different interpretations and povs. Some people in here getting real upset when people define things differently.

Wrong. There's studies in Universities on it. I've read Textual Poachers: Television Fans & Participatory Culture and that book was published in the 90s.
