I want more old-style episodic fiction.

I want a slower pace.

I want characters to be given moments to breathe and be, so we can actually get to know them.

I want plots that aren't just frenzied movement from set-piece to set-piece.

Yes. I was just talking about this with someone! I miss character development and not every episode being an epic end of the workd level status.
