Where are you in your rewatch?

I made it to the beginning of season 3, I think and like with everything else I've ever watched, dropped it like a hot potato.

What are the feels? Ship-wise, story-wise? Arcs? What do you love best about it?

Just started, only 3 episodes in. I love lots of things. I love the characters. I love the monsters. I love both the solo episodes as well as the overall arc (first 5 seasons only). While I like the Dean/Jo dynamic, I really only ever shipped Dean/Cas, so I'm not back into that yet. Not having shippy feels, just general universe feels.

To me, the Dean and Jo dynamic was... it's not that there was NO romance to it, just that the romance was really one-sided and Dean immediately sister-zoned her, but tbh I think that WORKED. We needed to see early Dean connect with a young woman in a desexualized way! To see him care about her but not prioritize the hook-up, and not because he was afraid of pissing off her mom, but just because he felt something different for her, and like... quickly built something out of that!

Yup. She was good for Dean, and I think he was good for her. Their dynamic just worked for me. I'm still mad she and Ellen were killed off.
