I only watched Lets Plays of DBH and barely remember this character but the way you describe her reminds me of guys who are all "When the apocalypse comes, I'm gonna be in control. I'm gonna get all the guns, and all the food, and hole up in the safest place."

But they've never even been in a fight. Y'know?
