In the Warhammer 40K universe, Star Trek is a cosmic horror story. They consort with Xenos, they can can all interbreed, the greater good is up for debate and challenge, science is something to experiment with and not worship, and red wunz do not go fasta at all... I'd love to see how all the factions in WH40K react to Trek, it'd be hilarious. I don't think either GW or whoever owns Star Trek this week would play ball at all on that though.
