Fandom is more active now in trying to start boycotts (and failing) against Jews that don't need to ask permission to exist globally and can think for themselves (Debra Messing, Noah Schnapp, Jon Bernthal, et cetera) and harassing Jewish people online like posting watermelons and FREE PALESTINE comments on their IG profiles. It's a sad sight and a low point for fandom in general.
