Oh wow, I'm not sure that dress would look good on anyone. Unless you really wanted the look of your hips disappearing, I guess.

I think it could look good on someone with bigger hips and a bigger chest (as long as the V neck was adjusted accordingly) because it would drape rather than being a sad trombone of flatness.

and, actually, narrower shoulders. A deeper plunging neckline does no one with wide shoulders any favors, especially not the short-torsoed. So, someone hippy with narrow shoulders, long torso. And it needs to not be mustard-yellow.

I agree about the shoulders! Mustard yellow can look great on someone with olive or dark skin, but it needs to be more green or more orange to work on a fair-skinned person.

Yeah, I think it would actually look nice on someone with an hourglass silhouette instead of being straight up-and-down.
