I always enjoyed the serious show crossover with the scifi/fantasy. Criminal Minds would be perfect for that set up. Its hard to do well but when the author pulls it off its my favorite.

This makes me want to read some Criminal Minds crossovers for sure! I've read fic in this fandom but haven't even thought of this.

I read a short crossover between Buffy and Criminal Minds, where Buffy and Dawn move in next to Hitch's wife and save her from being killed. That was pretty good.

I also remember a CM/Supernatural crossover that I loved, but I haven't been able to find it again :(
