Re: How early is too early to go to bed?

It depends? Does going to sleep at 7pm mean you wake up at 4am and lie there stressing out? Or are you able to sleep in till 5/6/7/whenever you want to wake up? Or are you able to get up when you wake up and feel good?

I usually head to bed around 9:30-10:30 pm but a few days ago I went to bed at 8:30 and my morning was *amazing*.

But like, if you're just going to bed to make the being awake stop that's something you should probably a) tell your doctor about and b) try to hold off on a little. I've been there too. Get home at 1630, take a three hour nap, wake up and have dinner, go back to bed for some terrible sleep, wake up at 0630, feel tired all day until my next nap at 1630, hate life the whole time.
