They slept together. Once. If that constitutes a relationship, then Dean must have been married to Cassie. (Not to mention the whole dynamic between Dean and Anna was pretty badly done, IMO. I don't hate Anna or anything - I think she's a super interesting character - but I just dislike the way they did that whole episode. :\)

Everything in that episode was badly done. Anna was horrid (I love her elsewhere, but in 4.10?), the script was godawful, the mythology was lol, Alistair wasn't played by Christopher Heyerdahl, what were they thinking with the handprint on the Impala's steamy windows?, and the directing (camera work especially, but blocking also) was definitely sub-par. Was there anything good in that episode ~~aside from Castiel on his knees before Alistair; ngl, that was hot~~?

Oh my god, so agreed. And the MUSIC during the sex scene, god. My aunt had the episode on recently and I heard it behind me while I was on the computer and just burst out laughing, because oh my god, seriously.

The only episode worse than "Heaven and Hell", imo, was "Yellow Fever". Season four sucked so hardcore. :\

(TBH, I hated Anna throughout, but her introduction and those two eps - IKWYDLS and H&H - probably have a lot to do with that. I could've maybe appreciated her character if it weren't for them. Alas, now I just wait eagerly for the day we can be done with her for good, kthx. At least Supernatural doesn't disappoint with giving me someone to wish would die horribly every single season? (s4's was Ruby, lol))

OH GOD THE HANDPRINT. That was seriously what got me. I think I died laughing, tbh.

Oh man, the handprint. I don't think I've ever rolled my eyes like I did when I saw that. They wanted us to take it seriously? They're not Titanic. XDD

Actually, the whole point with the hand print was to NOT take it seriously. They were making fun of themselves. Sometimes shows do that (especially ours).
