I'm back in the hole of 2023. I was doing so much better in the new year, but now I'm back to massively depressed, panic attacks all the time, barely functioning. Getting flack at work. People are noticing. But I just don't know how to help myself.

Where is the diagnosis of "nerves" and the prescription of "a month at the sea side" these days? I need it. I'm barely holding it together at work.

DA - I have always low key been jealous of people who just lose it and soend a month in one of those places. If I could financially afford it I absolutely would. I am so fucked up and having a space to just 24/7 let go and be fucked up and focus on that and get help would be great.

(I know not all places a good and sometimes they fuck people up even more. In my in-patient daydreams I am obviously going to a good one.)

I've done it before. I failed out of a semester of college, took a year off, went to a hospital for a month or two. It was one in New Orleans, and it did amazing things for me. So I know it helps me.

So sorry nonny. Really grateful to my parents who took out a loan to pay for the thing. No way I would have afforded it myself.

I really hope you are able to get whatever help you need too and you get all the good things in life.
