When have you become whatever stereotype plagues you?

Just had tornado sirens go off. Sent the kids to the basement then stood outside with my BIL storm watching. I became the midwest dad. :(

There was no actual touchdown anywhere near me. Hopefully that continues for the second round of storms passing through at 6.

I like all animals more than kids. I’ll happily let someone tell me about their dog/cat/rabbit/etc all day and want to see pics. But if someone brings up their kid I mentally check out and if it’s not talking to someone I know I’ll find a way to leave the conversation.

Kids are boring.

I too wondered if I missed something this whole time. Like...what has been my reality, FS?! What's happening?!

I've been away from F!S for a year, and only just came back. I was enacting the math lady meme, like, "Wait, is kaijinscendra a man?!! I'm...pretty sure they were not a man when I left, but a lot can happen in a year."

I came out as nonbinary last month and am struggling not to be the person who makes it their whole personality on social media.

It is new for you. Embrace it and weed out anyone who might unfriend you because of it.
