2. I think the FUNNIEST damn thing about this (other than me, a very devote catholic, loving it), is that I actually made a comment along these lines to Case about a month ago. I was all 'ya know, sometimes I'm pretty sure that religion is just the world's most popular fandom' and he was all 'why' and I was all 'well think about it. People read the books and then they love certain characters'

And we got to talking and he told me about Bible slashers and...


Well, I just think it's funny. Not suggesting that it's Case or anything, I just find it funnier because someone today called Hot Topic clothing 'the devil's clothes' and it made me think of that conversation with Case, and poof, here is a secret along those lines...

1. I roleplay. Well, rather...I used to be a really active roleplayer and I still don't get that totally. But, eh, there's not much to get, really. If you've got the extra cash, why not?

5. I hear you D: Squeeing is something that it seems I'm incapable of doing. Sometimes I feel really out of place in fandom, to be honest, because I love it in sweet silence while everyone else is so... energetic about it. The reason why I don't talk much about pairings isn't that I fear getting swamped by crappy fics though. It's just that nobody asks, so I don't really tell. :D;;

10. I was led into believing the same thing. I wouldn't say I was "let down" though because I still like it. It's just not what I originally expected it to be.

1. It's hard enough getting the concept of RPing across to someone, especially if they're not in fandom at all. (Though I've never bought extra userpics for a RP account. Blame it on lack of money.)

I know what you mean. There are things I really like about Bleach -- it's not a bad series to watch for an hour while you're eating dinner and pay half attention to -- but overall it's very overrated.
