Audiobooks! I can’t look at a screen when I have a headache or it will never go away. And I can’t read because I can’t focus. But having a story read to me is perfect because I focus on what they’re saying and distract myself from the pain. My whole body relaxes to, which helps the meds fight the pain better.

Thats a good call. I'm usually too easily distracted for audiobooks but when I'm in pain I feel like I need something to focus on like a lifeline, so I could see audiobooks being great for that
