(Anonymous) 2024-05-17 03:20 am (UTC)(link)Everyone’s all gaga for Mystery Incorporated, but I could never really get into it, due to the relationship between Velma and Shaggy. Admittedly I’ve never really liked them as a couple—the idea reeks of “pair up the spares—“ but with how horrible Velma is towards him on that show…just forget it.
I have no problems with Velma being gay or bisexual. As for Shaggy, my personal interpretation is that he’s asexual. Just can’t picture him as being interested in anything besides food and friendship.
