What are some funny inconsistencies or bugs you've encountered in games?

Brought to you by Baldur's Gate 3 where I'm finally replaying my Durge run and have arrived in Rivington where the Tiefling refugees are talking about how Alfira apparently was with them in the Moonrise prisons and now made it to the city to sing at the Elfsong tavern. And my Durge is just standing next to these people listening in and thinking "Yeeaaahh ... I don't know about that.".

Genshin keeps putting the characters of other players that I invite into my world on top of mine or under mine or half-sunk into the ground. And I have no idea why. And it's not, like ... sexytimes above or below, it's like they're trying make a glitchy, standing-human pyramid. I realize this is probably a very common thing, but I'll play one video game in ten years, if that, so it surprised me.

Yep, happens all the time. It's a damn circus show.

I'm playing a game that takes place over a span of 10 years, with the player character aging from 10 to 20. There are interactions you can have with other characters when your friendship meter hits a certain level, and it can hit any level at any time depending on when you choose to interact with them. But some low friendship level events are obviously meant to be reached when the characters are young kids, so if you wait till you're 18 or so to start being friends with someone, you can end up with very kiddy dialogue being spoken by a grown ass adult. It's not a bug, but it's a slightly jarring oversight.

The game is I Was a Teenage Exocolonist, by the way.

Going with a Cadash (dwarven) playthrough in Dragon Age Inquisition and the inconsistency with the player height in cutscenes annoyed me at first but now its just funny. Sometimes it looks like I'm sinking through the floor, sometimes I'm human size, and sometimes I'm floating up by people's shoulders.

I imagine romance scenes were fun as well?

Xenoblade 3 is full of glitches, clippings, and the odd timing of idle animations.

Famously the "teabaggings" of Lanz and Sena, which occur when either person stands too close to a husk/corpse after Noah or Mio has performed the send-off. Lanz and Sena are basically gym rats and have their own squatting idle animations, so it's funny when this happens.
