Honestly, I think it's just the regular kind. "But Shirley they'll only block/ban/jail the BAD weird porn writers! They won't do a blanket ban on, say, all sensitive and thoughtful explorations of abuse/all fics with queer romances/everything that includes a female-presenting nipple."

And if you point to the sites where those exact purges have happened, they'll go "but Shirley it won't happen THIS time."

Or they'll completely misread the example you provide, and accuse *you* of conflating LGBT people with pedophiles.

A lot of the time, if I'm going to get into an argument with someone like that, I'm not doing it because I expect them to be willing to question their assumptions. I'm doing it to expose the various things they believe, despite a mountain of proof to the contrary, to onlookers and lurkers. It's obvious to me that they're arguing in bad faith, and trying to get rid of everything they can today before ramping up the assault tomorrow (and that their war on erotica has no reasonable end point). But the more other people realize that, the more social support for the anti cause dries up.
