I enjoyed playing Spiritfarer a lot, but the order I did things in meant near the end I spent a lot of time waiting around with little to do and a mostly empty ship, so by the time I finished I was more just waiting for things to end than it feeling like a poignant send-off. Didn't feel very satisfying at that point.

Absolutely gorgeous animation, though.

I had the longest brainfart ever while playing, because for almost the entire time I just did not understand why I didn't have a blueprint for the lounge I was asked to build. The dude kept bugging me about it and I went everywhere trying to figure out what I needed to do to get the blueprint, double checked and triple-quadruple checked to see if I hadn't overlooked it and was sure I hadn't... and then suddenly one day, I saw it. It had been there the whole time. Yet I'd never noticed it even though I was looking over and over and it was presented in the most straightforward way possible. So that kind of made that whole storyline go out of whack and it lost whatever emotional impact it might've had.
