As always, including the fandom and full character names is a big help, and while I'm definitely not the world's greatest expert at secret design, I'll try my best. Please note that secrets with lots of text are sometimes difficult to accommodate and I'll give it a shot but might not be able to make secrets where the text is so lengthy that I can't fit it into the limited space. Also, this is not the appropriate place to hold political debates or arguments about what is and is not fandom - those can go in the General Comments section as their own thread, no need to make it into a secret.

Anyone else remember that old video game, Ascendancy? Man, I miss that. It was the music I miss the most. Yeah, I liked that dull old game. Sue me.

I never liked Robin Hood: Men in Tights. I just didn't think it was funny.

I think I'm less excited by the possibility of a Vision MCU show than I am about any other Marvel project since they started the whole thing. I just did not find the character interesting in the slightest.

I've gotten to the point where the only upcoming project in the MCU I care about is Thunderbolts*, and maybe Fantastic Four if the reviews are good.

Fandom: Agents of SHIELD

This show may have had some problems here and there, but it was still much better than any of the Marvel shows Disney+ has served up.

I keep getting Open Range and Open Season confused for each other. It has created some memorable misunderstandings.

I have two pet peeves about recommendations: 1. When people recommend things based entirely on what they like without even attempting to curate their sell to what I like, and 2. when people spoil the media they're recommending.
I have friends whom I love dearly who do both. Bless them for thinking of me but is there some kind of remedial class I can direct them to...?

Ugh, the first one really annoys me, especially when I've already told the recommenders what sorts of things I'm looking for. It's like when I asked for recs for A/B, and got a whole bunch of recs for A/C and B/C and the person doing the recommending acted like those were all the recs I should want.

I can not stand Erika Ishii and wish she would stop showing up in stuff I enjoy. Or that someone would have a word with her and she would rein it in a little.

I feel bad about this because she seems like a cool person, but she is way over the top in any of the stuff (Dropout, CritRole, etc) that I see her in. So much unnecessary screaming and shouting.

(Fandom: Disenchanted)

I gotta say that duet between Giselle and Malvina was kind of hot.

I'm a very nerdy, mostly unfeminine girl in real life who knows nothing about fashion and barely cares about clothes. And yet, for some reason I really enjoy tv shows about clothes. Project Runway. Say Yes to the Dress. What Not to Wear. I don't get it. Why do I find these so fun?

I like fashion as an observer way more than as a participant. I dress up now and again but prefer dressing plainly or in pretty silly ways rather than fashionably but I love seeing beautiful styles and the history of fashion really interests me. I also like fashion focused TV shows, fashion dolls too because it lets me enjoy clothes I wouldn't wear myself.

I love pictures of Taylor Swift in her bodysuits and lingerie-type costume from the Eras Tour. Despite being skinny, I've never liked two things about my body: my poochy tummy and my bigger thighs.

Seeing Taylor both not standing on twigs and also apparently not showing off a flat six-pack makes me feel a hell of a lot better about myself. If the amount of exercise she's been doing for years both in prep and on the tour can't make her figure perfect, I don't need to feel so crappy about my lazy ass.

B!S Goddam I hate that croptops and the compulsory flat abs are back. I hated that in the oughts and I hate it now.

i'm sure Taylor (along with basically every other female celeb) is also wearing clothes that shape and hold her in as well. without all that on she probably looks like almost anyone else.

One of my favorite little things in Okami is the revelation that apparently Japanese cats won't eat meat, just fish.

Fish is meat though?

I get annoyed when Animorphs gets left out of book polls. I understand that the demographic is skewered to people who grew up with Hairy Snotter and Twilight but it was the book series I obsessed over as a kid.

Tobias was my favourite character; as someone who used to feel like an outcast and was bullied I used to wish I could morph into a bird and fly away from it all.

Nothing makes me backbutton out of cute animals videos faster than unnecessary music. Just have the video as is! I'm here for the cute animal sounds, not YT stock tunes.

Every now and then, I get hit by the nostalgia bug and listen to my South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut soundtrack.

Except I skip the track by Kid Rock. Not just due to the rampant, shameless misogyny, but also due to how obvious a loser he's made himself out to be this last decade. 25 years ago, I never thought I'd be saying the words: "Kid Rock is so much phonier than Vanilla Ice."
