What is the drama? I keep hearing about it in vague terms but I haven't seen it at all. Google only tells me fans are mad because a certain character died, but that was months ago... is there something newer?

Looked like that character had come back in a chapter cliffhanger, turned out another character was just meat-pupeteering his corpse.

The fan fav char Gojo died a while ago. Fans kept hoping he would be back. Last week ended with the main villain seeing the "ghost" of Gojo. This season it was revealed (in basic terms cuz they use a fucky magic system), that it is one of the other heroes piloting his body to use his magical abilities and not Gojo. Just his body.

Ohhh I see hahaha. Killing Gojo I can understand, with my limited knowledge of the series, and I don't blame the creator for being just that frustrated that fans only cared about one character. But bringing him back just to reveal it wasn't him after all does strike me as an unnecessarily spiteful twist of the knife.
