Yep, pretty much.

Oh, don't forget he snitched on all his drug buddies when he got caught with cocaine; he made a deal where he got off pretty easy in comparison, and then later in life took a very hard-line, conservative stance on drug crime. The old "I got mine, fuck you, Jack" attitude. He's a huge douche.
