My goal is always to read 12 books. I try to be realistic, lol. I usually get 13-14 done. I'm only 4 books in this year because I have DNF'd my last two books. :/

I've only been tracking for a few years now and every year before this one my goal was 12. I think I may go back to it next year. I'll make my goal but it's a little more pressure and is taking a wee bit of the joy out of it.

I aimed for a large goal one year and yeah, it felt like I wasn't enjoying the books. Especially if you go through a depression month and suddenly feel like 4 books behind.
