Despite the fact that he's very much the dom in that scene! No!! It just made me realize how much I do this myself.

Yeah I feel you, I quite like and enjoyed the first Deadpool movie and the second one is fine... but I think I hit my saturation levels of that kind of humour after the first and I really don't care about seeing the third. If someone I know is going to see it I might tag along but I'm not particularly enthused.

Despite being apparently ancient by 2024 fandom standards, I actually (mostly) love "screaming, crying, levitating, whatever" as an over the top reaction to something, but like a lot of things in fandom it can be waaaay overdone.

Oh mannnn I mean I feel you on that 'yeah I do it too but I know which one is the sub', have DEFINITELY had that problem where a BNF assigned one character sub, a swath of the fandom spent decades bullying people into accepting the dynamic, and now you can wave canon scenes with OVERT D/s scenarios/dynamics in people's faces and they will swear up and down that the growly service Dom is the subbiest sub ever to sub and the pillow princess professional damsel in distress is a mean Dom, and I just want to scream.
