It really is.
Am having guests in a few hours (only 2!) and there is already a stone in my stomach.
I'm going to the theatre tomorrow and that's a second stone in my stomach.

It's going to get worse as time goes on.
(And my face and neck will be all splotchy. :/ )

Are you also looking forward to those things?

I hate that anxiety brings negative feelings to things I am generally excited about or looking forward to. I have it when I'm having guests too. I love having guests! But the anxiety leading up to it makes me want to cancel and hide under a rock forever.

The guests are a new friend and her brother who want to meet my cat. Am always excited when ppl want to meet my cat.
The play is Murder in the Orient Express, which I love + I'm going with my favorite aunt.

But yes, rn I just want to hide under a rock and cancel everything. :/
