OP provided plenty of context: it's a weeknight, people are being noisy outside. They posted this at a late hour. That's all that's needed for a reasonable person to understand, and even if it had occurred before 10pm, it's easy for most people to get that not everyone loves noise.

And the comment you’re so upset about was helpful suggestions on how to block out the noise that provided context made it seem like a reasonable activity for the time and place. Because again: OP DID NOT PROVIDE THEIR LOCAL TIME.

It was a work night in my time zone. It was also only 6 pm and lots of families were outside doing things because it starts to get cooler at that time. You really seem to think everyone should have known it was 10pm. The only context given made it seem much earlier because OP was talking about 4-6 year olds. Die mad I guess *shrug*

Honestly, even with that context, OP comes across as entitled. Most of the places where OP could possibly live are both in the middle of a heatwave and either not dark yet or barely dark at 10PM. It sucks that OP's walls are made of paper, but you can get 60 earplugs for around €8.
