It’s a kink so it doesn’t really have an explanation. It’s like how in monster porn a regular human lady is able to take massive werewolf
(or other creature of choice) dick without being killed, it’s just a fantasy so real world logic does not apply and if anything trying to apply some form of logic or explanation makes it all fall apart. Because it was never running on that in the first place.

Mpreg isn’t my thing but I’ve never overthought it much because it clearly doesn’t and can’t work realistically, and that’s fine. It’s doesn’t need to make sense for people to enjoy it.
