I don't remember the fic but I remember the world building where cis men (although I think it was a/b/o) had like...diverging tracts? And one would lead to the womb. So no vaginal opening but still a womb. I think it ended up with c-section anyway. That was the only time I could read mpreg without being distracted by the how, lol.
