It is very rare but possible for an Earth human to be born with a functional uterus but a vagina that connects to the rectum instead of having a separate exit from the body; there's a couple different conditions that can cause it but they run right alongside each other and "oops that opening is in the wrong place" is the kind of thing bodies do sometimes, and that particular one doesn't cause any other problems. It's even possible for such an Earth human to conceive via anal sex and, yes, give birth to a healthy assbaby. It's relatively easy to fix surgically in childhood so a pregnancy with it basically doesn't happen anywhere that has doctors anymore, but there's a few medical accounts from the 19th century of women who didn't even realize they were supposed to have more than one hole until the midwife was like "WTF??" and dragged them to a hospital, between very bad sex ed and no regular access to doctors. There's a tumblr post floating around somewhere that quotes some of the old accounts in detail if you really want to look for it.

But basically "magically appearing uterus that connects to the anus followed by assbaby" is completely biologically plausible, other than the "magically appearing" bit. Anuses are stretchy and biology is trippy.
